Services

Individual Counselling

We all begin with potentials, tendencies, and unconscious parts that unfold over time. Knowing yourself and in relation to others is gradually discovering, confronting, and integrating those parts - both the ones you like and the ones you’d rather avoid.

Through a process of self-reflection, willingness to face discomfort, and freedom to choose your own path is to uncover your authentic self. Together we create and allow a space for change and transformation - to become who you truly are.

Either in-person or online, one-on-one sessions are in a safe, trauma-informed and confidential environment.

Adults 18+
$170 - 1-hour session

About Emma

(Emma Hartcliff PACFA Reg. Clinical 24572)

I am a registered Clinical Counsellor with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). With degrees in both counselling and business, I trained from 2018 in the Clinical Services team at Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney in individual and group therapy.

Through a person-centred, relational and attachment lens, I approach counselling collaboratively, using mindfulness-based techniques such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

With emphasis on the mind-body and nervous system connection, I encourage mindful presence, self-awareness, self-observation, and self-compassion in daily life. I believe in building trusting relationships for clients to feel safe and supported, and in destigmatising mental health.

I am committed to helping you discover your own internal strengths while providing the tools needed for committed action. My practice prioritises warm and empathic connection, ensuring that your story is heard non-judgmentally and respected.
